  • Once you find the Home of your Dreams, I will prepare a negotiation strategy for the property you have selected, including a written Competitive Market Analysis and advice on the initial price and terms to offer, where permitted.
  • Once your offer is excepted, I will work with you to make sure the transaction progresses smoothly. My job is to assist you every step of the way right up to the day of closing!
