BUYERS

• I will take the time to go through each and every step of the buying process with you before we start your search. We will discuss all of your needs and goals and create an effective plan for finding a home that is good for you.
• After we determine your criteria for a home is, I am able to set you up to receive auto emails when there is a new listings or a price reduction on a home. These homes can be saved to your favorites so you can track them.
• Once you find the Home of your Dreams, I will prepare a negotiation strategy for the property you have selected, including a written Competitive Market Analysis and advice on the initial price and terms to offer, where permitted.
• Once your offer is excepted, I will work with you to make sure the transaction progresses smoothly. My job is to assist you every step of the way right up to the day of closing!
